Our goal is to give to the future grooms the chance to work with the best riders on high level and give the riders grooms that are ready and trained to take care of their horses
We know how much of a difficult task that is, but at E-GO we will give you all the assets you need to achieve it.
How ?
Online Learning Program
All the theoretical knowledge is delivered through a structured online program, designed to build strong foundations before entering practical training.
You will have access to high-quality lessons created by experienced professionals from the international equestrian industry, each specialized in their field.
For the first time, many of the techniques, insights and “unwritten rules” of the profession are structured and made accessible, giving you the opportunity to learn the real methods used at the highest level.
Hands-On Training
In-person practical lessons where you can practice essential grooming skills in a supervised environment
Many of the most important techniques in this profession can only be learned in the stable, through direct experience and constant repetition.
You will work directly with horses and develop them, guided step by step by experienced professionals.
These sessions are designed to prepare you for real working conditions before entering the industry.
Internships in Partner Stables
In the final phase of the program, you will enter professional stables for a two-month internship, where you will work in real conditions alongside experienced teams.
You will apply everything you have learned during the program, taking part in the daily routine of a professional stable and understanding the standards required at a high level.
This phase is designed to challenge you and push you to prove yourself
If completed successfully, it can naturally lead to professional opportunities and help you secure a position in the industry after the program.
How long is the program?
A 10-month structured program combining online learning, hands-on training and a 2-month internship in professional stables.
Who will train you?
You will learn directly from professional riders and experienced grooms actively working in the international equestrian industry.
Where will you train?
In selected partner stables, giving you access to real working environments and professional opportunities.

Grooms
At the highest level of equestrian sport, finding truly well-trained grooms is far more difficult than it seems.
After years of training and working in top international stables, I realized that even after formal education, essential skills needed to perform at a professional level are often missing
Through hands-on work, I filled these gaps myself and quickly understood that this is a widespread issue: riders and stables struggle to find reliable, well prepared grooms, while many motivated grooms struggle to access real opportunities.
This project was born from that gap.
We want to train grooms who are truly ready for the professional world and to create a direct bridge to top-level stables.
